Benita Cusi
Founder and Directress, EduHaus International
With nearly four decades of educational leadership, Ms. Benita Cusi stands as a pillar of excellence in the Philippine and international education sectors. She brings 39 years of outstanding onsite and online teaching experience, characterized by compassion, integrity, and a steadfast commitment to nurturing learners to achieve their fullest potential.
Ms. Cusi is the driving force behind EduHaus International, a Philippine DTI-accredited educational consultancy organization dedicated to providing flexible, high-quality education solutions for K–12 learners. Under her leadership, EduHaus International has forged strong partnerships with reputable institutions such as St. Mark Integrated School (SMIS) for Kinder 1 to Grade 10 programs, Richwood School of Caloocan, Inc. (RSOC) for Senior High School, and HomeLife Academy (HLA) for expanded international homeschool accreditation opportunities.
Throughout her career, Ms. Cusi has remained committed to upholding academic standards while responding to the evolving needs of modern families seeking recognized, flexible, and globally accepted educational programs. Her work focuses on offering comprehensive academic planning, homeschool support services, enrollment assistance, and coordination with partner institutions both locally and abroad.

Dr. Rizalina Calderon
Senior Education Consultant and Advisory Board Member, EduHaus International
Dr. Rizalina C. Calderon is the Principal and Founding Directress of St. Mark Integrated School (SMIS) in Quezon City. She graduated cum laude from the Philippine Normal College with a degree in Elementary and Secondary Education. She holds a Master’s degree in Linguistics and a Graduate Certificate in Preschool Education. She later earned a Doctor of Humanities (DHum) and a Doctor of Educational Leadership and Management (DELM). Dr. Calderon spent ten years in public education as a fourth-year high school teacher in Manila. She also worked in the performing arts as a director, actress, and scriptwriter. These experiences shaped her holistic approach to student development. Under her leadership, SMIS became known for its progressive, flexible, and values-based education. Her work in education spans over 37 years. Dr. Calderon remains dedicated to nurturing responsible, competent, and values-oriented Filipino learners.
Dr. Leoncio M. Calderon
Senior Education Consultant and Advisory Board Member, EduHaus International
Dr. Leoncio “Noli” Calderon holds a Doctor of Strategic Leadership and Management and a Doctor of Community Development. He graduated cum laude from the University of the Philippines Diliman with a degree in Secondary Education, majoring in English and Science. He is a licensed real estate broker and appraiser. He is one of the key architects, alongside Dr. Rizalina Calderon, of SMIS’s proactive, flexible, and relevant education framework. He served as the founding member and former Academic Coordinator of the Inter-School Academic and Athletic League (ISAAL) for nine years. In 2024, he was appointed Deputy Continental Director of Asia for the Global Education Network (GEN). At SMIS, he ensures that all programs and instruction remain aligned with the school’s Vision and Mission. He believes in cultivating grit and confidence among learners as tools for lifelong contribution. As part of EduHaus International, he serves as Senior Education Consultant and Advisory Board Member, providing academic insight while continuing to lead at SMIS. His influence helps connect SMIS and EduHaus with broader communities of learning and service.
